Designing a support chat experience
One of the biggest domain providers in the world, driven to pursue an amazing customer experience, challenged me to build an in-house customer support app.

Designed a customer support app and widget from scratch, learning from its users, and creating its own design system;
Achieved a 97.4% positive feedback rate just 4 months after its release, in regards to the new chat and support experience.
